昨天早上接了一通客戶的電話

一開始就說她昨天狂打我們公司電話就是沒人接
一直哭訴著我完全忽略她兩天前的要求
她訂的貨已經付錢而我卻不幫她處理
她急著在隔天就要拿到貨
現在卻一個屁都沒看到
要她怎麼辦... 
blah blah 一長串的直罵跟追問

我好心的說我會幫她查看貨在哪
知道的話會馬上跟她回覆
誰知五分鐘後
看到她寫這封信給老闆

I wanted to tell you that I am having a real problem with Shun Yoo (sorry I don't know how to spell her name). I spoke to her on Tuesday and asked her to 2nd day my spring merchandise as I am really in desperate need of new merchandise. I even gave her my fed-ex account number so that the merchandise would get her at the latest Friday. I have been trying to call the showroom (about 5 times yesterday) and no one ver answered. Today I called from a different number and she answered and told me that the merchandise was never sent. I was really counting on that merchandise to be here by this week and had some of my best customers coming by this weekend to see it. I know you are in Paris and are probably very busy but I begyou to call the showroom and find out what happened with my merchandise.
