People love to predict things in advance and assume they done the right things for whoever relatives, but things never ended as the way they think it should be…

I just finished a book named "The Memory Keeper's Daughter." I loved it so much and would say it is the best book I've seen for a year. It is a story of a doctor, David Henry, and the things that happened around him. The easiest way to describe the book is David gave his wife birth on a heavy snowing day in 1964, the time lacked of medical equipments and skills. His wife was having twins, a boy: Paul and a girl: Phoebe, but when the girl was coming out, David knew she is retarded immediately, due to the experience of his sister was the same situation and died at her early age of 12. David lived in a tough time when his family had to take care of his sister, so he did not want his wife and family to have the same difficulties as he had before. Therefore, he asked his nurse, Caroline Gill, to send out his daughter to someplace in a countryside, and told his wife the babe-girl was dead right after the birth.

David thought without this retarded child, his family would live happily forever, but hell NO... His nurse took Phoebe away to another city and lived as mother and daughter. David and his wife because of the lost child, they both had different secrets in the bottom of their hearts, so they became less and less intimate... till nothing they can share about.

Things were not totally happened as he planned in his mind but turned all the situations down to another side that he would never expected...

It was really a good book, if you have some free time, my friends, take a look at it, you will love it... I promise!
